Robotics application adaptation and deployment
We take a chosen solution through task validation, commissioning and go-live on the floor where it has to run — then leave a method that can be repeated on comparable sites.
On-site first
Delivery is built around site windows, with remote coordination between them.
One team through commissioning
Survey, task fit, commissioning and handover stay in the same engagement.
Written as we go
Field records and acceptance criteria are part of the work, not an afterthought.
Repeatable, not theatrical
The aim is ordinary shifts on this floor, then the same method on the next site.
Present for the task that has to run here
ROBOTICA LABS is an application-adaptation and deployment firm. We work in live workplaces — factories, warehouses, clinics, farms and similar operating settings — where the system has to function without a project team standing next to it. Our engagements cover task validation, system commissioning, go-live and repeatable rollout, delivered by cross-functional project teams.
A typical assignment moves through site survey and requirement clarification, task sequencing and sensor calibration, system commissioning, operator handover and acceptance review. We work across six sectors, with on-site presence as the primary mode and remote coordination between site windows. We follow client shift patterns, tooling conventions and safety rules. We contract independently, manage our own personnel, and produce field records as the work progresses. Interfaces are separated and access is controlled so that acceptance can be reviewed after we leave.

- Task fit on this floor.
- Commissioned in the real workplace.
- Closed so the next shift can run it.
Five lines that stay together
These are the spine of a ROBOTICA LABS assignment. They can be weighted differently, but they are not five separate products.
Site survey and requirements
Walk the workplace, confirm constraints, and write down what "running" will mean here.
Task sequencing and sensor calibration
Arrange the job the machine must do, and set sensing so that job can be seen and repeated.
System commissioning
Bring the cell up in the live environment, against the estate and rules already on site.
Operator handover
Leave the people who will run the next shift able to operate what has been stood up.
Acceptance review
Check against the criteria written at the start, in the place the system has to work.
How we contract and close
Independent contracting
We sign and deliver in our own name.
Personnel we manage
The people on site are ours to direct.
Field records
Material steps are written while the work is happening.
Reviewable close-out
Acceptance is complete enough to inspect after we leave.

Six operating settings
Industrial manufacturing
Live cells and changeovers, not a demo bay.
Warehouse logistics
Movement fitted to the flow the site already runs.
Commercial services
Floors that already have people and service routines.
Inspection and security
Routes and exceptions that still make sense after the shift.
Healthcare and rehabilitation
Constrained sites; the house rules are the brief.
Smart agriculture
Mixed outdoor or greenhouse sites; task fit over laboratory polish.
What we optimise for
A pilot that only works with the project team standing next to it is not finished. We stay with the cell until it can enter ordinary shifts, and until the same sequence can be explained on a comparable site.
Start a deployment conversation
Describe the workplace and the state you need the cell to reach. Do not send credentials or drawings that should stay inside your network.
